What to include
Include the shop domain, label format, quantity and error message. Use an anonymized screenshot or fictitious sample PDF. Never send tokens, secrets, full OAuth URLs, customer/order data or a production database.
Barcodes and optional SKU
Select a variant with a valid existing barcode. If the barcode is missing, explicitly enable the option to use an existing SKU; the label is identified as SKU. The app does not write catalog codes or invent GTINs.
Text overflow
Disable optional text fields or choose a larger label. Barcode bars and their clear margins are not squeezed to make the text fit.
Printing a PDF
Print one fictitious test label at 100% scale without fitting the page. Check dimensions, margins and alignment using the printer driver/manual before a batch. Nominal formats do not certify physical compatibility.
Downloads and usage
Usage is counted on the first authenticated download of each PDF. Preview contains the full PDF. Downloading the same saved PDF again while it is available does not use more labels. PDFs expire 24 hours after preview generation.
Free plan
The free plan includes 200 labels per calendar month (UTC). There is no charge for the free plan.
Opening the app
Open Apps in the Shopify admin for the store where Aislebright Labels is installed, then select the app. If a session or preview has expired, reopen the app from that store's admin. Do not send tokens, secrets or full OAuth URLs to support.
